I called and was able to get an appointment for maintenance service within a few days. I'm impressed with how efficient my air conditioner is running now, it seems much quieter than it did before service. I had a leak from my furnace condensation trap and plumbing going outside. The tech was super helpful to get it fixed and took their time to ensure the issue was diagnosed and resolved correctly

Have used BCA numerous times, on multiple different properties, for multiple different reasons, and they've always come through! Can't recommend them enough!

If you have a mini split issue, do yourself a favor and call BCA. We had 6 different companies come to try and solve a problem with our mini splits and BCA were the ones to get it working. They were straight forward and easy to work with. Highly recommend them and will be calling them for cleanings in the future

Very professional

As a new homeowner, I was feeling a little overwhelmed when my furnace was only blowing cold air. Of course this happened on the coldest day of the season. I was referred by a friend to BCA Mechanical and was so impressed with their service. They were able to come out quickly and were even able to work around my work schedule. Logan, the technician, was prompt, professional and explained everything to me. After a quick cleaning of the sensor I had warm air. I could not be any happier!! I highly recommend BCA Mechanical!!!!

I was recommended to BCA Mechanical from another customer. We had just moved into a house and the inspection report identified there was evidence of backdrafting with our water heater. I contacted BCA Mechanical and was scheduled pretty quickly for service. Jeremiah Johnson came out, quickly identified the problem, explained in layman's terms what was happening but also noted another company had installed an incorrect vent, causing the problem. He had recommended that I call the other company and explain the issue. Jeremiah walked me through the communications I should have with the company. This other company came out, agreed to the incorrect installation and offered to install the correct vent free of charge. Without Jeremiah's expertise and guidance, we most likely would have had a costly outcome. We appreciate the professionalism, the responsiveness and the guidance received from BCA Mechanical.

Furnace went out and these guys were on the case. Installed so quickly, knew everything about HVAC, and great price! Would hire again without a doubt.

Highly satisfied with this job! I had envisioned an exposed ductwork system to improve air distribution and reduce noise in our isolated unit in a finished attic. What they executed (in one day!) was exactly what I had in mind. Could not be more pleased. The team left the space as they found it - a real group of professionals.

From estimate to installation and explanation of how to use my new Mitsubishi mini-split, BCA was awesome and professional. The competing bid I got did not provide an itemized estimate, but with BCA I knew exactly what I was paying for each part of the job. This allowed me to reduce my cost by hiring my own electrician since I had another wiring job to do at the same time. I got a fair price (matched the lowest competing offer) AND transparency. Scheduling was easy, and the team was right on time. I loved that the owner was there on the installation day, going over everything with the crew. Each person who worked on the job introduced himself to me, and they let me know where they were in the installation, when they would be back, and what to expect. As a single mom, I don’t always feel comfortable with male workers in my house, but the BCA crew was professional and courteous and made me feel at ease. I don’t want my main AC to break, but when it does, I will be calling BCA.

BCA Mechanical did an excellent job with mini split installation throughout our 100+year old Victorian home. Jeremiah communicated clearly from the selection/proposal process through installation. The team installing paid attention to cleanliness and were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I step in my door and feel the crisp cool air, with no ducts to boot, I’m thankful for Jeremiah and the BCA Mechanical team. Knowing what I know now, if I needed to start over I would not do anything differently. 10/10

If you are looking for honesty with HVAC or any heating or cooling issues. This company is All of it and more! They get a 6 star if I could. My husband got a popular company to come see why our heat wasn't working. This person quoted 2300 and tried to upsell 15, 000 new system to us. My inlaws who live in Dublin spent 11k to get their replaced. This other company also tried to instill the fear that we had a little one and our house was so cold to try to get us to sign up for too much. When this company left, they kept the ringing sound on to torment me. BCA called me 3 times to squeeze me in compared to the star company that came next day. In between the fixing, he turned off the buzzing sound. They fixed all of it in less than 1 hour and even helped us vacuum what the other person told us was dirty and will fail in summer. Call this company and even if they are booked, with my experience they are worth the WAIT. Don't throw your money into upsellers.

Jeremiah and his team were incredibly responsive. I work with a lot of contractors, so it is great that Jeremiah knows his trades so well. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants their job done right!
