BCA Mechanical was a great find! We needed a to have a new mini-split put in to replace our old one that went bad. We shopped around and landed on BCA who is a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor and I’m glad we did. First off, their price can’t be beat! I would definitely use them again in the future when something needs to be replaced or worked on. Second the customer service was top notch. Logan and Nathan arrived at our house promptly and got to work. They communicated everything with us and were respectful of the fact that my wife and child were sleeping in our living room and took care to be quiet when passing through the area. The whole experience was great and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this service in the future. Thank you for your help!

I recently had three Mitsubishi hyper heat ducted systems and a new water heater installed by BCA Mechanical—four major projects in total—and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of their work. I live in an early 1900s Victorian home, and anyone who’s worked on an older house knows how many unexpected challenges can come up. But BCA handled everything with skill, care, and a clear commitment to doing things the right way—not just the fast way. Logan, the lead technician, was outstanding: knowledgeable, persistent, and focused on delivering top-notch results, even when things got complicated. Wesley and Michael were also on the job and showed the same professionalism and attention to detail. Jared made the sales process smooth and easy, and I appreciated his responsiveness. Jeremiah, the owner, even came out personally to ensure everything was up to their high standards—a true sign of pride and integrity. Jeremiah is an honest, caring guy who clearly stands behind his company's work and his employees. What really stood out was their consistency in the small things that reflect big values: they always wore booties in the house, put down drop cloths, cleaned up, and treated my home with care and respect. I did have to wait a bit for the install—these guys are in high demand—but it was absolutely worth the wait. When you're hiring professionals who take the time to do things properly, it pays to be patient. The systems were installed just in time for a brutal 10-day stretch of 95+ degree heat and humidity, and my house has stayed incredibly cool and comfortable. I’m truly amazed by how well this Mitsubishi equipment performs and is nearly silent when running. This is the kind of quality workmanship and customer care that’s getting harder to find these days. I cannot recommend BCA Mechanical highly enough. Thank you, BCA!

The first week in June, I had a Mitsubishi mini-split installed in my screened in porch by BCA Mechanical technicians Ethan & Nate. The guys were professional and masters of their craft. The job was completed without issue, and they utilized drop cloths and shoe covers to ensure our carpet and furniture stayed clean during the process. I will definitely use BCA again when my whole house system needs replacement.

BCA Mechanical was a pleasure to work with to fix my AC unit at my house. I had a faulty capacitor and they were able to come the next day after I called them, they even tried to come same day but ended up not being able to make room (which is fine thank you for checking!). The person whole scheduled the appointment on the phone was friendly and informative. The guy that came to do the work was knowledgeable and friendly and charged a very fair price for the work done. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who does a Google search like me sweating in a panic needing their AC fixed lol. Great job!
